Title: "Maximize"/"Minimize" the Forum in a Wrapper?

I currently have my forum in a wrapper on Mambo. Is it possible to add "maximize" and "minimize" options, like PNphpBB2, so that the forum will open up in a new window and go back to an iframe in the portal, respectively?
