Just upgraded to 1.1.4. Is there a way to move the shoutbox to the bottom instead of having it at the top?

You are more likely to get the help you need in the mod's support topic. What help I may be able to provide without even knowing what shoutbox mod you are using or what the code is for the mod, is to copy the code the mod perhaps adds to Themes/default/index.template.php, and move the code so it is somewhere in the template_main_below function.
