Well i recently re-install smf with a current database, and just noticed this error that i have tried to solve but i can't,

Did you try to uninstall a mod recently? Perhaps it did not get fully installed? You can upload a fresh set of files from the upgrade package over the existing ones, however that will uninstall any mods you currently have.
