I'm looking for a video integraton into my forum,so members can play and upload video clips.What do i need to do ?
you could see if http://custom.simplemachines.org has anything like that, but if not, Mod Requests (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0) is where those types of requests are put in :)
I know theres mods to support embedding youtube clips and a couple other types, but i'm not sure about that otherwise.

Indeed there are several mods to play clips from Youtube/Googlevideo/Stage6 and others.
However at the moment the only mod I know which supports users uploading clips to play is the SMF Gallery Pro, but its not free. (its not included in the free version, only the pro)
