Hello, my Theme has a Black back ground, i wanted to use my border for the paypal button.
all works out fine, but it creates a white border around my banner.
i've pinpointed the problem to this html code.

<input type="image" is causing the problem, but i'm not skilled enough to fix it?
i wanted to use my BANNER for the paypal button, "sorry"

'ok, i figured it out... you have to replace one of the border="0" with style="border:1px solid black;"
