Package Manager Disabled

It keeps saying this when i click "Packages" on Admin tab

please help

Who is your host?
In hosts like smfforfree it is disabled.

This is probably due to using a free host which hosts SMF for you and prevents modifications.

Moved to Declined Requests as this isn't something we can fix!
