im searching for a mod, where i can add user to a special vip group for a limited time.
i.e.
UserXYZ --> VIP --> 30 days
after that time the user should be automatically "downgrade" to normal user.
is there maybe anything available yet?
would be a great feature. maybe someone can help me out

Its not exactly what you want.
But try the paid subscriptions mod.
You can manually add people to the 'paid subs membergroup with a timelimit.
(And allow peple to buy vip at the same time can help your income)
That paid subscription mod does not work with other languages than english.
Most mods will only support english.
Where your using a language other than english you will need to add the language strings to your equivalent files and translate them into your language.

I don't mean to threadjack, but can you point me in the right direction about translations?
I really need to update my forum and translate quite a few things into Chinese, but I don't even know where to begin. :(
