You know what, something's missing from 1.1.4, membergroup color legends, as well as the colors in posts and making them bold etc. as well as colored.
Also, it would be great to copy a couple of vB's features and have paid subscriptions and rep images.
The membergroup color legend is included by default in SMF 2.0. There's also a mod available at http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=207 if you want that functionality in 1.1.4...
Group colors - not really something I'd use, but it may be useful for others...
Bold and italic - you can use HTML in group names ;)
Paid subscriptions is something we're still discussing, but based on the popularity of such a system, I'd actually be surprised if it didn't make it to SMF 2.0...
Rep images wouldn't be very useful - vB's rep system is much different than SMF's karma system.
