i have a problem with the smf shoutbox that i uploaded from here, unfortunately me or my other admin cant see the smileys that we or anybody else sends in the shoutbox, all that we can see is x's ... does anybody know what is causing this? :(

Is it shows x's it probably means there's either a directory setting wrong on the mod or the smilies aren't where they should be.
how could i change either of those, and how? ;D
