does anyone have a mod which allows to put a custom link in the navbar of smf
becuase i want to put a contact page link, an arcade page link.

No, there is no such mod. But in SMF 2 the code structure will be such a way in which Links will most likely show in every theme.
You can find your answer by searching Doc site and this community on how to add a link in navigation bar.
