Title: Converting IPB 1.3 to RC2

Well this is the second time I have done a conversion, and congrats to the authors. Went 100 % smoothly ;D

Only have one problem, might be a dumb mistake on my part. All the posts are not in the right order? Should be latest first but that is not the case. What can I do to correct this easily?

What order are they in?  Is it only posts, or topics too?
