I think the Global Announcementes must be installed in default of SMF, i dont know if new SMF 2.0 have it but if not have , them are necessary for our SMF.
I don't think its in 2.0.
But I'm sure the mod will be there for the people who like to use it.

yes i using this mod but is incomplete for example users cannot reply to one Global announcements as in phpbb and also you cannot choice different level of sticky global announcement ecc
Post those suggestions in the mod's topic. So when Jay does updates to mod he has some idea what to add to it,
