I was just wondering if I could be a Mod or something else.. mailny b\c i know php and html but if there is a group for php and html knowlage then i would think it would be good if I was in that group!

This isn't for moderator requests, but rather for modifications that would add new functionality, or alter current functionality of your forum.

If you know PHP & HTML, why not create some mods, by going through the requests in this board, or go to the Graphics and Templates board and assist people with design problems and create a couple of themes yourself and release them to the theme site.
