Hello, i want to include a big contact-form into my Forum where to people have alot options and forms to fill... I know there is a mod for it from vbgamer, but thats way to simple....

Basically im thinking about something like this: http://about.deviantart.com/advertising/?section=contact (http://about.deviantart.com/advertising/?section=contact)
But what php-contact-form to use? And it only should send the stuff as a mail to my email-adress....
I am open for ALL suggestions how to manage that....

custom-actions mod, so i just need any good and secure php-form.... anyone knows a good one?
