Is it true that the Tigra theme was using copyrighted vbulletin images etc. I asked the question on vbulletin forums and couple answers I got were negative, they said it was not so.

Does anyone have a copy of it? if it is legitimate and not violating vbulletin's copyright stuff.
There was an issue with the theme author using copyrighted themes/images that they did not own and the theme's author's themes were removed.
