Although I am not much of a coding or php guru, I have to say this. The simple machine forum application is decent. I am having fun with it. My members are enjoying it, I am not pulling out my hair, and I got feedback on 2 questions that I posted.
Bottom line: It is doing so far what I expect of it, without downloading a bunch of mods.
