Im looking for some sort of add-on that will allow me to set a certain forums user to a rank w/image.
What it will be is a military ranking, private, pfc etc etc.
Is there some way to give each user in the same membership group a different rank that only admins can change?
you mean like a sub-membergroup?
No, i haven't seen anything like that, to be honest. It'd be interesting though.
Maybe make a post over in Mod Requests (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0) and see if anyone's willing to code it up
