im try convert mybb forum to smf forum
but the lang is be like this

my forum lang is arabic

what i must do :'(

Can you check the contents of the messages through phpmyadmin or similar (What is phpMyAdmin? (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=21919.0)) and see if they display correctly there?
