My forum uses Silver_Shine v2 (1.1 RC2)

When I Check all files against current versions it tells me that there is a later version Silver_Shine v2 1.1.

I searched the themes and this is all I can find, the one I am using

Can anyone please tell me where I can get the 1.1 version?

That looks like it's the latest version. You can try asking in that theme's topic (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=98935.0) to see if the author has an update for it.
