Im looking for this:
If i click on New Topic then i want that i can select where i can post the new topic. In which category and in which forum.
And i want to move the New Topic button to my menu on the left side. (this one i can do myself i think)
Does somebody has a code for this?
That level of coding you'll have to request a [Mod] Request. I'm thinking there are a large number of templates and source coding changes and will take a dedicated coder a while to such a thing. Beyond any general Support we can supply.

Yes the moving of the buttons, theme dependent, would be a much simpler affair and I'm sure you could do that yourself :)
