Hello,
I own this smf: www.soulgaming.info
I made a board for the guests to give them a bit information, I've hidden it for all groups.
But you can't hide it for administrators, is there a way to hide it?

Admins can see everything. Why do you want to hide it?
I don't think you can remove it because in the permissions it has no "modify" option for the admin. I can suggest browsing SMF's modifications at http://custom.simplemachines.org/ as there could be a packages which can be used for this.
You can also create a new "admin" role and then you can hide the board from that group.
Because the board's description is too long and I'm no guest :P That's why I want it.

Put the board in it's own category and then collapse it so you can't see it.

Ok,I'll do,I just wanted to know if there is a way.
You can manually put code into your BoardIndex.template.php to not render than section if you're an admin. But that means you'll never be able to see it's contents, access it or administrate it. The collapse option is the most viable option.
