SSI funktion would be great for that mod.
I'm not sure what it does, but you can try requesting it at Mod Request board (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0).
GoogleTagged is my mod which is a form of tagging.
But instead of manually adding tags, it takes it from the search results of incoming users from google and other search engines.
There is no ssi functionality, it only works on forums, I don't plan on adding such functionality at this time.
