Title: Unable to load the 'GenericMenu' template. - Upgraded previous template
Post by: zion on March 18, 2008, 10:39:14 AM
Previous template was formerly a Yabbse template, converted to SMF 1.x, and now to the new beta.

Everything looked great at first, but when I click on the admin button, it tells me:

"Unable to load the 'GenericMenu' template. "

That's all it says.  No access to admin features.

Any help would be great.

Make sure all the template files in Themes/default got uploaded properly. In this case it's looking for GenericMenu.template.php.

Perfect - I am in, but one last residual.

Unable to load the 'core_features' template.

When I go to Features and Options in the admin menu.  Everything else looks great.  And I didn't see a 'core_features' template in the 2.0 upgrade folder I copied files from.

The 'core_features' template function is in Admin.template.php
