Hi,
is there a way to modify the text on the log in screen to read something like 'Registration is for students only'?
The forum is turned off to guests and one of the Admins wants to have in addition to the standard notice, "Only registered members are allowed to access this section.
Please login below or register an account with this Forum." , an additional line noting that only students can register.
What file would need to be modified to do this?

you can change it in your language files - index.english.php or whatever language you use on your forum
themes > default > languages > index.english.php
