I have 2.0 installed in its own location and like the new features. As I start to get it looking and acting like I had the other one, including some key mods, is it possible to just switch which database it accesses?
It seems like I can just changes the server settings, but I don't remember it working like that one other time.
If they are on the same host, then yes you can just point to the new db. You'll most likely have run Repair Settings tool to adjust paths, but I can't see any problems. Other than one db will be for 1.1.* and the other for 2.* and isn't compatible.
