Title: converting from yabb2.1 to Smf1.14

I created a fresh smf forum. When I ran the converter Ii recieved this message:

I made sure in advance all the yabb files were set to 777.

Any thoughts?

Did you use the converter at the top of this board?

Did you enter the correct path to SMF and to your yabb forum?
