i am new to this world
i have 3 question
1- how can i send newsletter of the forum with the latest threads with its links,poster name and number of replies for each thread.( just like in vbulletin)
2- how can i display ads in the frist message only in all threads like this site
for example

look at the ads its on the left of the post
i tried ad managment mod but dosnt work with my theme
3- how can i set the option (Notify me of replies) on as default for all members?

You cannot. It can be considered spam.
Ok for that question what abou 1 and 2
also, about this question alot of users dose not click additional options while replying or postin thats why i asked for it

You cannot. It can be considered spam.
You can, actually. I also discourage it, it can get you on lists and have you blocked as a spammer (some people do go through a double opt-in on thing and still complain that the thing they signed up for is spam when they no longer want it).
The setting is located in the reset options area. See: Member Options [2.0] / Reset Options [1.1] (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=110.msg130#msg130) in the online manual.
I'm not sure on number 1. The newsletter was designed for a more traditional written newsletter. Someone else might know, however.
For number 2, look at the mod parser (it's now on the customize site here) for how to install the ad management mod on your theme.
