Can i hide topic's (posts) content from guests?

Yes you can do this by adjusting the boards permissions

Admin > Boards > Modify > Membergroups able to view

If you want to hide EVERYTHING go to:

Admin > Features and Options > Options > Allow guests to browse the forum
