Print Page - a problem in admin section

when I go into my admin panel and try to access the Features and Options I am getting this report

I had just unistalled a mod (Mood Stars) which just did not even work when I installed it and then this happened

What should I do to fix it?

well I actually just reinstalled the Source files inside the files for the whole forum (using ftp) and that fixed it.

But I have saved the information you gave me and downloaded that file....just in case

cause I am known to be able to screw up the unscrewable O:)
