This mod makes the post template show an option to "Post New Poll" in the post message template. It will only show if they are creating a new topic and not a reply to an already created topic. This mod is a must if you are using the updated MessageIndex.template.php from Webtechnica.net as it removes the New Poll option from that page. Was too much clutter :P
