Just install 1.1.5 starting forum from scratch
or retrive your backup from 1.1.x

SMF does not have a way to downgrade from 2.0 to 1.1.x
There are plenty of warnings around the place to let people know this.
However it MAY* be possible to convert to another forum software like vbulletin then back to 1.1.x, although I've yet to hear of anyone doing it successfully.
