I don't know exactly when this happened, but I logged in to edit permissions and I received this error.
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ')' in /home/carmmcom/public_html/forum/Sources/ManagePermissions.php on line 816
I then tried to go into manage member groups and received a 406 error.
The only thing that I have done since [Unknown} helped me solve a problem with Manage Membergroups before was install a new theme, and installed the contents of the upgrade package to get rid of a duplicate installation of a mod.
Any suggestions?
Can you try upgrading a clean version of ManagePermissions.php from the 1.0.1 download?

Thanks. This worked for the Edit Permissions, but I'm still receiving a 406 error for Manage Membergroups.
I reinstalled all of the upgrade package for 1.0.1
Oh, the 406? Search for "406". It's been covered earlier - has to do with "ps" at the end of the query string. And dumb security settings.

That wasn't the problem. All that did was tell me that I'm using an illegal copy of SMF by taking out the Copyright. It's doing the same thing that it was doing here http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=23196.msg185615#msg185615
Could you let me know what you did to fix this? If it's too complicated, do you still have the FTP access info?
Hmm, I make a point to delete my FTP access from pms/emails/etc. just because I don't want to be a "target" :P.

Is there a working mod yet to fix the Managemembers 406 error yet?
I have not made a mod for it, no. But, I have incorporated it into the next release of SMF (1.0.2 and 1.1.)
