How is that possible that the guest is doing something I can't see???

I take it it says Nothing, or nothing you can see.

It means that the action or whatever it may be they are looking at doesn't truly exist. Its really nothing to worry about ;) As in like ?action=iojjfdfds would probably make that appear, but I am not completely sure.

Is it allowed to show their ip addresses which are not from my country?

That just means they are trying to access an area that doesn't have a specific define action in the index.php array.  Nothing of any concern and most likely they are being redirected to a login screen.

I'm not sure what you mean?  As an admin you'll be able to see their IP, but other shouldn't when looking at the list.  They wont be able to see other peoples IP's.

Thanks for the answer. I've been asked if I could write here their IP addresses which were strange, but now I don't have it. Anyway thank for the answer. :)

Well the IP's are clearly listed in your attached image.  If those are the guest entries you are referring too :)
