Title: Where is the permission for track user

my mods can track user
so i want to edit this persmision
but i cant find it anywhere

In SMF 2 it has been removed as a separate setting, it's included in the Moderate forum members permission.

Admin -> Permissions -> Modify -> Moderate forum members

You can only assign this to global mods.
