Otsikko: Creating an Image Map for Header
Kirjoitti: BigErn - elokuu 12, 2008, 11:13:15 IP
I want to link something from my header graphic using an image map.  (I want to hide a link inside my graphic!)

Can anyone help me with where to start?  I'm not HTML savvy.

Are you going to link your whole graphic (header, logo, banner...) which is easy, or do you want an image map where it depends on where you click it as to what link is followed (difficult)?

An image map consists of an image which is segmented and each segment takes you to a different URL.

Image map.  I can link the entire graphic now, but I want to make a small area exact.

The location is 82,82 where I want to start.

Start here. It's a difficult subject.

I've studied them but I've never tried to actually make one work.
