Just thought i might let whoever maintains this that it doesn't seem to convert usernames properly that have funny characters, for example my name was !2SX!, it converted it into #%amp2SX#amp%;
or something like that.. and other names it screwed up as well. i seem to be able to fix them by editing the DB directly..
when converting, it said this:

not sure if that means anything.. but it seemed to convert most other stuff fine - posts and users and settings at least.

Strange. Would you be willing to send me a database dump for just your Invision members table? Or, do you know how to use phpMyAdmin? What is phpMyAdmin? (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=21919.0)

This was a minor mistake in the converter which should be corrected in the one currently on the download page, but it shouldn't have affected anything anyway. Thanks.

yeah, i ended up fixing it by editing my name directly in the DB using phpmyadmin
i can send you a dump of the ipb DB if you want.. where should i email it to you?
in fact i've uploaded it to a site, pm me and i'll give you the URL if you want it.
another bug (?) - in the forum index, it has the last posts of each forum to the right of the forum name, but for some reason its not displaying the last post, you can see it here: http://forums.twosx.net/
in the "CS 1.6 (and FunMaps!) Server Discussion" forum, it says " Last post on May 14, 2004, 06:58:57 PM, in low fps. -.- by !2SX!"
now if you click on that post, you'll see its definitely not the last post in that forum, infact that thread is in a different forum completely! and its not even the last post of that other forum.. its one from may last year, whereas the last post in the completely different forum is today (25th of jan)

That's actually caused by the minor mistake I mentioned. It will automatically fix itself as people post.
