I had the trader rating but sinc have upgraded to 2.0. Is there anything available thats similar?

There is an advanced reputation mod for 2.0 that will let you leave member feedback although I'm not certain if this will do what you want :)

Thanks but thats not really what i need.

Is there anyone/anyplace to request someone make a feedback mod?

Sure, Mod Requests (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0). You could also try PM'ing the person who wrote the mod you used on 1.1.x :)
