Did anyone ever find an answer to this one? It's annoying for the video to start automatically when you go to the post. I'm using the [video] tags. Sometimes I would want to give the member the option to read the post and then click "play".

The mod was upgraded today and I upgraded my installation, but I still don't see any difference. As soon as you go to the post, the video takes off. If there were some way to make it wait until you click the start button it would be a much better mod.
It works for me; amazingly easy breezy. Video doesn't auto-play either. Perfect mod - now I don't have to rely on YouTube any more!

Did you have to add anything to the tags to prevent auto play? It's a great mod, It's just the auto play that's annoying.

No, I didn't have to do anything. The only thing I had to do was install it on my custom theme in order for the video graphic to display properly. Perhaps its within the actual media/internet settings for your media software causing the auto playback and not the mod?
Hm. My PC-owning friend (I'm a Mac) says that it does auto-play for her when she opens her browser (probably Internet Explorer). I'll ask her if it does that on Firefox for her. It doesn't for me whether I'm on Safari, Firefox, or Camino...
Does this update correct the auto-start?
I think he just keeps saying there's an update even though there isn't just so his mod is always on the first page of the updated mod list,which i think is misleading

Where do i change the code in here to show the gif because in the package the gif was named wrong in the code,he named it
bbc/.gif when there should be no "/" in it obviously

hello. its a good mod.i have an issue,it works immediately in install and post a link but after few hours. it stopped, is shows plugin not supported, how do i fix this.i attach screenshot.

Does that happen to everyone you have placed? It could be the blocking of the host side because of the way it is placed ... I should try a test forum if it gives the same problems.

*nostalgic sigh* taking into account what I tested in 2017 and it worked, currently it will not work for the simple fact it must be updated/changed, everything has been completely deleted from reproduction and it became direct native (as far as I understand).
