I have a few graphics missing on a fresh install of 2.x
can someone give me some directions on how to fix it,
Fixed its self... I maybe it was a cookie issue :o

Press ctl F5 to do a hard refresh on the page. If that doesn't work, try re-uploading the theme folder. Sometimes files get corrupt while you upload them.
Failing the above upload the graphics to the default theme again
