You should really wait at least a day before bumping your support topics.
At the moment SMF 2 is really new, so most of the larger mods are not yet compatible with it. The ad management mod is not an exception.
Although you should be able to add ads to your website manually, by editing the 'index.template.php' file. I can help you if you can explain what you want and where you want it. ;)

Thanks LHVWB, I'll give them a couple of days then. I just needed to know if anyone had it working or if it was just me it was playing up with

riker, is this issue resolved? The mod should be compatible with SMF 2.0 beta 4 now.

Yes although one of my beta 4 sites has issues with it
