I host a SMF 2 Beta 3 Forum and I found out it has been hacked, but I cannot find how to fix it yet.
The forum URL is http://metalfaith.org/board/
I will greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I upgraded it to beta 4, but with no effect

I would recommend that you restore a backup and then update that to SMF 2 Beta 4.0.
Restore backup of database, forum files or both ?
Probably both, it depends exactly what they hacked. Its probably better to restore a backup of everything, just in case. Although if you are sure that they didn't hack your database, only your files. Then it may be better to restore the files only.
I will try by restoring yesterday's backup of the whole site, but probbably it is done after the site has been hacked. Any other suggestions about the situation ?

I actually fixed it
name of one of the topics with the database was replaced by redirection to a new URL. I updated forum to the latest version.
