Does this problem occur on all themes? Are you using the default theme? If so, have you edited anything such as the style.css?

What modifications do you have installed? Do you have anything in your Forum Error Log (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=150)?

I Am Using The Default Theme And I Did Edit The style.css But I Restored The Old One Because I Didnt Like The Look Of My Forum.

The Mods I Have Are:

1. phpBB3_Login_Fix 1.0
2. nneonneo's AJAX ShoutBox 1.21
3. Hide SMF Version 1.0.2a
4. User Control Panel By Alan
5. Custom Copyright
6. Remove MySQL, PHP & W3C images to minimize footer size
7. Apache Error Handler
8. Highlight Search Keywords
9. PM Popup - Uses Active Window
10. Remove SMF Logo
11. YouTube BBCode

And I Could Not Find Anything In The Error Log.

If you upgraded to 2.0, you should be using the Style.css file from a 2.0 Package.
What package did you use to upgrade?
It should be the large Upgrade Package.

So Just Replace The Themes Directory With A Brand New Themes Folder?
