I installed SMF1.01 and after installation I wanted to check the Package Manager. I got this error message:

2: file(/home/httpd/vhosts/carlabosch.nl/httpdocs/forum/Packages/installed.list): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Bestand: /home/httpd/vhosts/carlabosch.nl/httpdocs/forum/Sources/Subs-Package.php

What's wrong here?

try to upload you /Packages directory again. and chmod it to 777 (along with the files inside)
