At the bottom of the forum were it show guest, users & hidden users I keep getting 1 hidden user on a daily basis. I have the forum setup NOT to allow hidden user but this one still keeps coming up.
Why ?
Is there a way to find out who this person is ?
Am I missing something or how is this person a hidden user ?
This is what I am seeing.
Users Logged In Today
Total: 169 (Visible: 168, Hidden: 1)
Help Please
Are you the only admin? Does your name show up in the online list. If not go to your profile under account related settings and make sure "Show others your online status?" is checked.
Also just in case go to admin, features and options and make sure the box "Allow non-administrators to hide their online status?" is not checked.

If you visit the 'Who's online Page', you should be able to see exactly who this user is. Their username might be in italics (can't remember off the top of my head), or if not, the online icon will tell you they are hidden.
