Folks, it bothers me to be a pest here, but I have nowhere else to turn to.
Before we upgraded the board to the latest version of SM, I had several mods installed that went real smooth.
Buddy list
visual warning
icon manager
Member Specific Permissions
Banner Manager
Characters Remaining
Topic Solved
G&S_Sticky

Really had no problems with installing these.
Tried to install the donations mod,,,, can't get it to install.
Tried to reinstall the Buddy list and having the same problem as the donation mod
Tried to reinstall the visual warning mod,, same problem.
On some of the installs, I get a failure notice of one file or another and it states that some of the files need to be CHMOD to writable.
Other installs everything is successful but it states that some of the files need to be CHMOD to writable.
Since this problem has started, we have generated tons of error message in the error log.
The two errors refer to mods that were installed, but I can't reinstall now.

If someone is willing to take a look, I can furnish FTP info and the admin login info for the board to see what I am missing.

Sounds like the mods (buddy list & warning mod) either haven't installed properly, or they are buggy, try uninstalling them and reinstalling them.
