Hello, Is there a way i can allow guests to post threads in my forums?

Admin Panel -> Edit Permissions -> Unregistered Guests -> (click to moify the permissions) -> Find Post New Topics and click Allow :)

Hi, I have done that but still for some reason Guests can't seem to post new threads
Make sure your forums are set to Global,
Admin Pnael -> Edit Permissions -> instead of picking a group scroll down to the forum list and make sure the forums are listed as global. :)

One last question:
Is there a way i can change the guest name to something else? I don't want to call guest as guest in my forum but by some other name.
If that's possible, plz adivce.

You can change it in the language files, but it appears more than a few times. The language files are found in Themes/default/languages.
