how can i change my forum time? my forum time say February 03, 2005, 10:13:26 pm but right now in nyc it's 5:17 how can i fix the time?
I think Admin Panel >> Edit Options > Overall time offset
(added to the member specific option.)

For the hours, .complex is absolutely right. But (just in case of confusion) you should ask your host to sort the odd minutes and seconds rather than trying to correct that with decimal places.
still unable to set up the time right on my board can anyone help
