I am pondering how to make them be automatically subscribed to a certain top that they involved, so that they can be keep informed of the new posting and they will return to my forum?

You mean, you want people to automatically receive notifications to topics they post in?
Admin -> Theme and Layout Settings -> click on Default in top right -> Reset theme options.

yes it does, and it is on the page that [Unknown] pointed you to as "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic."
