I just accidentally deleted my account on my forums, and I was the admin. Is there any way I can undo my mistake? Someone plz help
Run the installer again. It won't delete or clear anything, if you use the same information, and it will create the new account for you.

You can also register again, and go make yourself an admin via phpMyAdmin:
UPDATE smf_members SET ID_GROUP = 1 WHERE memberName = 'you';
Replace "smf_" with your database prefix and "you" with your username.
