one my user had this message:

there is one limit of 30 topic for day in smf 2.0 ?

is there is where i can remove this limit?

Any more details or info on this? I've never seen any restrictions built into SMF 2.0 BETA 4. What type of host are you using, could possibly be a host induced restriction.

Can you ask the host if they have a restriction at their mySQL end?

How did you install SMF?

SMF does not have this functionality at all. It looks like the host has some sort of a limit as to how many topics can be posted per day, but as the site is in Italian, I can't read it.
